My Diary

Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Stephanie and my goal is to compete in the Paralympics. I was born with a very rare physical disability known as CHILD syndrome. However it does not limit me in what I can do.

Like most people, I have a dream. Without your support, I can only make it so far. The journey to the Paralympics is one that is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication. Special training is required, along with special equipment. Also, the constant traveling is not an easy task. I need all the help I can get and I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for visiting my site and I hope you will understand how much I need your help to succeed in reaching my dream.

Remember, always "Believe In Yourself"

June 1st, 2008 - Stephanie Jallen Paralympic Fund 3rd Annual Fundraise
Stephanie and her family would like to thank all who turned out to support her in this yearfs event. Because of all of you, her event was a huge success! The run consisted of 326 motorcycles. It was a beautiful day and the run was flawless thanks to our Road Masters Dave Corby and Kurt Heitmeyer. A HUGE Thank You to all of our volunteers. Without their hard work, none of this would have been possible. Thank you Bob Wineman for working hard to help coordinate the entire event! We hope to see you again next year. Date set for July 12, 2009. So please mark your calendars. Our family is very grateful for those who have contributed to the success of this event.

November 15, 2007 - I was invited to the Pennsylvania Senate by Senator Musto to be a guest speaker to talk about my dream. At first I was very nervous. But it was an amazing experience that Ifll never forget. The building was incredibly beautiful. I was honored to be there. Please go to Senator Musto's website to see more story. You can watch a video of my speech at this site!
